Report: Poland sets administration for Gazprom’s stake in EuRoPol Gaz
WARSAW, Nov 14 (PRIME) -- Poland has introduced a temporary compulsory administration for Russian gas giant Gazprom’s 48% stake in EuRoPol Gaz, the operator of the Polish part of the Yamal–Europe natural gas pipeline, the Rzeczpospolita newspaper reported on Monday.
The decision, made by Polish Minister of Development and Technology Waldemar Buda, took effect immediately, the newspaper reported.
Fuel and gas expert Radoslaw Kwasnicki was appointed as the head of the administration.
Poland’s PGNiG owns another 48% in the operator and PKN Orlen has 4%.
